I think they do a great job, my mom works there and some people are complaining that they have bad costumer service but its really just the clients.

They won’t post your reviews if you give them fewer than 4 stars. Avoid this salon, the absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever experienced. The employees are checked out, Cuticles were not touched, I had to clean them myself when I got home and paint the void. Massage was non existent. The tech was distracted the entire time, entire pedicure lasted less than half the time advertised. Zero star review disguised in hope this actually makes it to the website. Avoid avoid avoid.

Cindy's is a wonderful salon offering a wide selection of services. I was SO excited when they reopened from the pandemic closure. With care, they made the salon safe and santized for their clients. Tina is an outstanding pedicurist-she goes above and beyond! I've been a client of hers for over 7 years now and I always receive compliments on my toes! Tina is an artist and always pays close attention to detail, making my feet smooth and hydrated, removing all dry skin, clipping and filing my nails to perfection! I absolutely love the relaxing exfoliation and massage of my legs and feet. Tina pampers me and transports me to another world! My classic pedicure lasts about a month. Feel confident about booking your next salon service at Cindy's!

I had a gel manicure and a classic manicure today. I have been looking for a relaxing place to get my nails done. I was love how my nails and toes look and was impressed by the service! I highly recommend Cindy’s, I will definitely be back!

My hair stylist is across the street so I decided to get a mani/pedi nearby today. Clean with nice massage chairs. They were so efficient they had the mani going on at the same time as my pedi. Done and done! I normally go Bellevue to get pampered but anytime I'm back in this area I will def stop in again. Thanks Thu!

I've been getting my pedicures at Cindy's Beauty Salon for over a year. All the nail technicians do a great job. They are very clean, professional, and friendly. Always a good experience. Customer for life!

My daughters and I have been going here for close to ten years and have always left as satisfied customers. We've gotten manicures, pedicures, waxings, acrylics and shellac done at Cindy's. It is clean, the ladies who work there are very kind. The massages they give during their pedicures and manicures are wonderful! Though they cost a little more (likely due to high rent), I do not mind spending it on such great service and results!

Is been a week since I was there and this morning I saw my nails and toesnails they still be looking hella fresh and clean ahahah. I wear sandals all the time so my toes get pretty gross. Going back to them cuz they did such a thorough job. I've been around the block with salons because for some reason other ladies think cuz I'm a guy I don't care how clean my nails were. That's so not true. My nail lady at Cindy's was pretty detailed I think. Anyways I love their clean salon and professional staff. Another thing that makes me skip around from salon to salon is they keep on asking me why I don't have "girl flend". Cuz I'm GAYYYY lol. I appreciate my nail lady she just did her job with a smile didn't harass me about my life or why I'm not saying the girl I came in with.... Cuz she my fag hag. You don't date your fag hag. Hahaha. Anyways thanks Cindy (if thats your real name) for my clean nails!

We enjoyed the pleasant decor and ambiance. I received a nice massage however as the women were talking to each other my cousin's lady kept talking with her hands so her massage wasn't great. We both felt the pedicure polishing was superb. It is pricey, a good $10 over other salon's however a good massage and polish may be worth returning.

11 years later... still my fave mani-pedi!!

Just got my nails done today with Heidi and Ann was helping me to find out my desired color. All the staffs are very nice and friendly , delightful and beautiful work! Highly recommended!

Thu, the owner, is so awesome for reaching out to me! I did not expect that! Groupon has refunded my money and we are good to go. My suggestion to everyone is just to call them directly and not to go through Groupon, it looks like things get a bit confusing when you go that route. So Happy! I have been coming to Cindy's nails for 17 years and absolutely love it. I have always requested my favorite manicurist which changes due to my manicurist leaving. I have been requesting Anne for about two years. She is the best!!!

I was referred by a friend to check out this place. And finally decided to come in 1 evening to get a pedi & mani done before traveling to NYC.
The salon is modernity decorated, relaxing atmosphere, very clean & has friendly staff. I was pampered to the max! As a guy I never really cared how my nails look most of the time as long as they're short, but they used this buffer and they never looked better. Definitely will be coming back more often and recommending this place to all my friends & family.

They did a great job - my polish lasted for weeks!

Beautiful interior, very pampering. The work was excellent, one of the best I've had, and I'm going back. The price is a bit higher than I'm used to, but the pedicure, which was the bulk of it, was fantastic. $65 for a Manicure($25) & Pedicure($40).

Great, my nails have never looked better

I have gone to Cindy's for quite sometime. I have had their manicure, pedicure, acrylic nails (I highly recommend Heidi), and waxing. I have always been happy with the service and my results. They take credit and debit now, but I believe Monday through Wednesday they have 10% off if you pay with cash. This salon is more on the expensive side. I would recommend giving them a call to make sure they have space same day. Walk-ins tend to be 50/50 with being able to seat your right away. Large selection of nail colors (both regular and shellac). They also sell some skin product, lotions, candles and of course nail products. They have about 6 child sized pedicure chairs, so it might be a good activity for a child's birthday / event party.

They are the best on the island!

I am a male guitar player and use artificial nails. Cindy's does it right at an good price.
All the ladies are real pros and don't cut any corners (no pun intended). My nails take a lot of abuse and hold up great!

This salon is a one-stop shop and offers full services. If you're like me and hates traffic, this is a major plus. During this visit, I got a shellac manicure and pedicure. This is a long review so in short, let me just say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

For someone who has always been self conscious about her fingers, I am VERY PLEASED to say this is now my go-to spot. Despite the fact that I have really bad cuticles, Heidi did an excellent job on my finger nails. She pushed and cut just enough so that she was able to make even my nails look good. My nail beds are also uneven so some nails always look longer than others after a manicure. Heidi was able to create the illusion that my nails are the same length. My second picture (back view) will show how my index fingernail is a lot longer than the rest but you wouldn't be able to tell in the first picture (front view). She painted the shellac just close enough to the cuticle where my nails look freshly done. One complaint I always have at other salons is that they don't paint far down enough. Another common complaint about other salons is that they don't paint the shellac evenly so that you can see clear/sheer spots on the nails. Heidi did an excellent job at painting the nail evenly. Another major plus is that they have the most shellac colors I have ever seen, plus the matching non-shellac polish for your toes. They're always up-to-date with the new lines of nail polish from all the top brands. The owner knows her colors so well (names, shades, and numbers) that she is able to instantly pick out the matching shellac polish with the non-shellac polish you choose. They also have great suggestions on what colors/textures go well together if you like multiple colors and designs on your nails. For your pedicure, Lisa is your girl. She told me about all the popular colors of the season and even suggested what goes well with my skin tone. She spent an hour not just on my toes but also massaging my feet and legs. Luckily for her, my toes aren't nearly as bad as my fingers so she lucked out.

Overall, this salon gets 5 stars in my book. It's going to be the only place I go from now on. The staff is so nice, the service is impeccable, and the actual product is the best looking mani/pedi I've ever gotten. If you're in need of pampering and a genuinely great-looking mani/pedi, this is your spot.

Very clean and quiet Beauty Salon! Both my Shellac Manicure and pedicure were very relaxing. They took their time and did lots of massage! Very pleased to have a quality nail salon on the Island!

I have a great experience here! The nail technician was awesome! The staffs were passion and always care about you! They share their story while doing my nails. I felt relax when I'm in Cindy. They do lashed now. I would definitely come back for my lashes

This is a great salon if you have little girls that like to get pedi's along with mom. They have awesome chairs for the little ones and can either do a full pedi or just a color change (which is nice). It is a bit more expensive but they really pride themselves on the cleanliness of the their tools and your relaxation. I know I could probably go to another salon and get both a mani and a pedi for the price I pay for just a pedi but the convenience factor out-weighs the cost since its just down the hill from my house. One caveat is they don't accept visa/mastercards and only accept check/cash.

This place is cute, located on Mercer Island. We called and made an appointment on the same day for two pedicures. When we arrived we were quickly seated in nice leather massage chairs. Unfortunately they separated us (there were lots of chairs next to each other) which I definitely did not understand. However, the pedicure was nice, massage lovely and the design on my nails was phenomenal! There is an adorable section for little ones, looks like it would be a great place for female parties. The price was higher than most nail salons, I call it the Mercer Island tax.

On the down side they only accept cash (who does this anymore?).

I can't find another salon on the east side that holds true to your appointment times like this one. I love this salon. They are the most expensive place I've been to, but they're the most thorough pedicure, cleanest facility, and just all around best place to go to. The old reviews aren't super flattering, but I've never had an issue. Call ahead, walk ins have a hard time getting in. I still come here for the pedicures even though I live in Seattle now. They're the best.

I've been here many times for pedicures and I always have a good experience. The staff is pleasant, I can often walk in, and my toes always look fab.
